Spend a midweek evening with me! Gym then dinner!! Session today was some zone 2 erg work and then running accessory strength training! Got a tiny bit of plantar fasciitis type pain so just resting from running for a few days to let that settle! Keep not wearing supportive shoes for work and doing lots of walking/standing aswell as increased running volume so not ideal so just taking it easy on the feet for a few days and all will be well!
